Joomla Public Site & Employee Intranet Completion

FGB was hired to finish a Joomla-based web platform project after the developer fell ill. The project required many PHP and JS customizations to meet all client requirements. Made the sites work on all devices and browsers, and added a number of accessibility enhancements so all employees could access and engage with the sites.
